We had another
cool, foggy and wet start to spring. In mid-May the
beach grass is just starting to grow. The water’s
warming and we can watch the mud snails move offshore to
mate and lay their eggs. Summer’s approaching, we can
tell - Ian is the first to return from college. Patrick,
Ian and Barbara gather and remove nets that are covered
with seaweed and Ian stomps out the excess water.
